All orders will be shipped via USPS 1st Class w/ DC OR Priority Mail using the Medium & Large Flat Rate Boxes.
It is your responsibility to check out our "Shipping Options" shopping category for signature confirmation, insurance, registered mail etc.
During checkout, please choose the appropriate shipping option! There are options for United States & International!
Suds n Sass will NOT be held responsible for packages once they are in the hands of USPS.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final due to the nature of our products.
If there is a mistake with your order please let us know within 3 business days so we can make the needed corrections.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled during the first 24 hours as long as your package has not been shipped!
SAMPLES
Our samples are just that, samples! They are available for you to decide if a product/color is right for you! We are now limiting samples to 1 per color per order.
