Your participation in our Affiliate Program is solely for the purpose of legally advertising our website in order to receive a commission on products purchased through your affiliate link.

Terms of Agrement:
Under the affiliate agreement, the affiliate will promote suds-n-sass.com products by referring customers via links to the suds-n-sass.com website. In exchange, Suds n Sass will pay the affiliate a referral fee for qualified sales that result from the affiliate link.

Affiliates are independent contractors and the affiliate relationship does not create a partnership or employment relationship with Suds n Sass. The affiliate has no authority to accept any offers or representations on behalf of Suds n Sass. We will monitor your website to make sure you comply with our terms.

Suds n Sass will be responsible for making and completing all orders as usual. We maintain all order forms, process payments & cancellations, and handle customer service as usual. We will track the orders made by customers from your affiliate links to our website and you will have access to this information.

Affiliates are not employees of Suds n Sass. They agree to be responsible for their own taxes and affiliates with commissions totaling more than $600 in a calendar year will be issued a 1099 tax form.

Terms are subject to change at any time and each affiliate will be notified of these changes immediately.

Suds n Sass will not be liable to affiliates with respect to any failure by the affiliate to correctly configure their affiliate link.

Suds n Sass will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue/commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intent to harm" to the program or our website. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Suds n Sass will own all right, title and interest in and to all information that is created or collected in the operation of the suds-n-sass.com website and reserves the right to amend or terminate this agreement at any time, with or without notice to the affiliates.

Termination:
You may leave the Suds n Sass Affiliate Program at anytime but you must give us a 30 day notice. If you do not give a 30 day notice, you forfeit any and all commissions. If you do give a 30 day notice, but do not accumulate $10, you forfeit any and all commissions.

You may be terminated for any/all of the following reasons:
-inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks etc.)
-spamming (mass emails, mass newsgroup postings etc.)
-not fulfilling the requirements (placing an order once every 3 months, having a website etc.)

Suds n Sass may terminate/close any affiliate account that has not referred a sale for at least 3 months
